Meet our founder
Sandra L. STULTZ, LMFT
Chief executive officer
Sandra L. Stultz, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the visionary behind Aryana Wellness Center. With over 30 years of experience in mental health and community care, Sandra is committed to providing accessible, culturally grounded, and spiritually attuned therapy for individuals and families. As a relational therapist grounded in family systems theory, Sandra believes healing begins in connection—with self, others, and spirit. Her work is rooted in the core belief that every person is shaped by the systems they live in, and her guiding principle is holistic care of the mind, body, and spirit. Sandra’s clinical focus includes supporting parents of children with ADHD and behavioral challenges, helping adults navigate their own experiences with ADHD, and working with high-functioning professionals struggling with impostor syndrome. She also provides a safe space for men and women to explore identity, heal from toxic masculinity and internalized pressures, and find deeper alignment with their true selves. Her services extend to couples therapy, women’s empowerment, and educational consultation for schools, organizations, and faith-based programs. She is excited to add EMDR to her therapeutic toolkit, deepening her ability to support clients in processing trauma and fostering lasting healing. Sandra looks forward to integrating this powerful modality into her holistic approach. Before founding Aryana Wellness Center, Sandra served in leadership roles across public health, crisis response, and group practice administration. She now leads her own practice with the same passion for equity, compassion, and community-based healing.
Integrity. Transformation. Cultural Affirmation. Spirituality. Liberation. Love. Access.

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about partnering with clients as they grow into the versions of themselves they aspire to be. I view therapy as a collaborative process—one rooted in curiosity, compassion, and intentional effort—where meaningful and lasting change can take place. My approach is eclectic and tailored to each individual, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, along with other integrative modalities. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to healing, and I work to meet each client where they are. My theory of change is grounded in the belief that transformation is both intentional and incremental. Growth rarely happens all at once—it unfolds over time through patience, reflection, and care. Every person deserves the grace and space to move through their journey at their own pace. Within that space, we cultivate deeper self-understanding and strengthen our relationships, sense of purpose, and personal power. In our work together, I aim to support the whole person—honoring the emotional, relational, cultural, spiritual, and personal experiences that shape who you are.

Hi, I’m Nancy Jones, LCSW. I believe healing begins when we reconnect with our inner strength and the wisdom already within us. With over 20 years of experience, I support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression—creating space for growth, hope, and restoration. While my current work is focused on adults, my clinical background includes extensive experience supporting children and families in marginalized communities through community-based settings. This foundation allows me to bring a deeper understanding of early life experiences and family systems into the healing process. I am especially passionate about working with individuals who have faced significant life challenges, including those impacted by substance use or involvement with the justice system. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for clients to rebuild, heal, and move forward with dignity and purpose. “Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.” — Proverbs 16:24

Are you feeling lost, hopeless, stuck or overwhelmed - knowing something needs to change, but not sure what, when, or how? Healing and change can feel overwhelming, but I’m here to say it is possible, and I can help. I’m committed to providing a safe and compassionate space where clients can find hope, healing and transformation. I believe healing begins with healthy connections - with self and others. My work focuses on developing those healthy connections, while breaking away from thought and behavior patterns that are keeping you stuck. I’ve worked with clients struggling through codependency, abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, and anger. Additionally, I offer therapy for Spanish-speakers, and those looking to integrate Christian faith into therapy. I hope you choose to take the journey to health, and I look forward to working with you!
