Yes, we offer both! Aryana Wellness Center provides virtual therapy sessions across California and in-person appointments in our Oakland and Stockton offices. You can choose what works best for you.
We see clients ages 5 and up — children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. We also support caregivers, parents, and families.
Yes. We accept several insurance plans including Alameda Alliance, Health Plan of San Joaquin, United Healthcare/Sutter, and others. We also accept Victims of Crime and SBTF (Sonoma Black Therapy Fund). Please contact us to verify your coverage.
We offer private pay options. Many clients use HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards to pay for therapy services. We also provide superbills — detailed receipts you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Yes. We have faith-based clinicians who provide Christian counseling for individuals and couples. You can request a therapist who integrates biblical guidance into therapy.
On a case-by-case basis, your therapist may provide documentation after a clinical assessment and if appropriate. This is typically discussed after a therapeutic relationship has been established.
